Originally from the Bay Area, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing in 1996. Chris has developed keen sales skills and has perfected the art of negotiations during his 18+ year career in corporate and real estate sales. He has successfully closed multi million dollar contracts and generated upwards of $25 million in sales annually. He has an extensive background in construction, having built many custom homes, and completed many remodeling projects over the years. Chris has managed his own investment properties since 2002, and in the process, developed a wealth of knowledge from the experience. Chris’ passion for construction and real estate has led to the creation of his own real estate brokerage with his wife, Cindy.
