Cindy Berta
Cindy has been a lifelong resident of Sacramento and Placer Counties, with South Placer being home since 1990. Cindy obtained her real estate license in 2003 due to her strong desire to assist home buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals. Over the years, her strong work ethic and integrity exhibited in every transaction has led to the cultivation of many valuable relationships that are cherished to this day. Whether the transaction entails selling a multi-million dollar property; or assisting sellers with short-selling their homes, and guiding them through a difficult period in their lives – each client is treated as an equal. Her love of homes and decorating has proven to be an added resource to her clients as she also provides home staging and decorating services as an Accredited Staging Professional. Cindy is also an experienced and certified residential property management specialist – offering a full spectrum of services for your investment properties.
Cindy has also served on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Rocklin/Loomis Basin several times since 2009.
She has served on the Board of Directors for Stand Up Placer for several years.
Chris Berta
Chris has proudly called Rocklin home since 1998, when he purchased his first property. Originally from the Bay Area, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing in 1996. Chris has developed keen sales skills and has perfected the art of negotiations during his 18+ year career in corporate and real estate sales. He has successfully closed multi million dollar contracts and generated upwards of $25 million in sales annually. He has an extensive background in construction, having built many custom homes, and completed many remodeling projects over the years. Chris has managed his own investment properties since 2002, and in the process, developed a wealth of knowledge from the experience. Chris’ passion for construction and real estate has led to the creation of his own real estate brokerage with his wife, Cindy.
Chris’ strong belief in giving back to the community lead him to join the Rotary Club of Rocklin/Loomis Basin in 2009, and he has served on the Board of Directors several times since 2010.
